Ingredients

  • - 2 tbsp fresh lemon balm leaves
  • - 1 tsp dried or 1 tbsp fresh lavender
  • - 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • - 1 cup hot water

Instructions

    Rinse and lightly crush the lemon balm leaves.

    Add lemon balm and lavender to a tea infuser or mug.

    Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs.

    Steep for 5–7 minutes.

    Sweeten with honey if desired.

    Serve warm and enjoy the calming aroma.
