Ingredients

  • - 1 zucchini, sliced
  • - 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • - 1 cup green beans
  • - 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • - 1 small onion
  • - 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • - 1 tsp honey
  • - Salt & pepper to taste
