Ingredients

  • - 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • - 2 tbsp pine nuts (or pecans/walnuts)
  • - 2 cloves garlic
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • - 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • - Juice of 1/2 lemon
