Ingredients

- •- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- •- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- •- 2 tbsp pine nuts (or pecans/walnuts)
- •- 2 cloves garlic
- •- 1/2 tsp salt
- •- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- •- Juice of 1/2 lemon
